CHECK-IN

3:00 pm – 8:00 pm; please contact our guest services team for after-hours Check-Ins.

 

KEYS

Before we check you in and issue your room key, we must have a credit card on file. This can be done with the link in the "Pre check- in" text. Or you can call us at (541)921-0697. Or you can add when you arrive on property. We are a MOBILE ACCESS hotel.

On the day of check-in, when your room is ready,  you will be issued a Digital Key VIA TEXT MESSAGE to the smartphone number on file for your reservation. Please follow the prompts to access the OPEN KEY Bluetooth software and retrieve your key. Simply hold the back of phone to the keypad on the door (You are doing this to wake up the lock.) and hit the BLACK KEY button that appears on your phone in the app. You will hear a small sound as the door unlocks. You can SHARE the key to another guest in the room by following the prompts that appear after unlocking the door for the first time. If you have any issues, please call the Anchor Inn number at: 541-921-0697. If you are a prepaid customer, we must have your personal credit card info on file before we can check you in. Please fill in credit card info on the pre check-in registration.

CHECKOUT

11:00 am. Thank you for checking out ON TIME so that our staff can prepare the rooms for incoming guests. To Check Out, simply hit the Check Out Button in the Open Key app on your phone and leave the door hanger "Checked Out" on exterior door handle of the room.

 

NON-SMOKING FACILITY

Absolutely no smoking is allowed in any of our rooms or anywhere inside and this includes the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, cloves or cigars. There will be a charge of $250 for for any evidence of smoking in Guest Rooms. Please use our designated smoking area, the "Smoke Shack" located by the parking lot on the south side of the lodge building.

 

PET POLICY

Pets are are allowed in select rooms only.
Our pet fee is $30 plus taxes per animal for the stay. Maximum 2 pets per room.
Please email innkeeper@theanchorinnresort.com to add or use the pre-registration form texted to you prior to arrival to let us know you will be bringing a pet. Then we will add this fee to your reservation.

1. No Unattended Pets: For the safety and well-being of your pet, our staff, and other guests, pets are not permitted to be left unattended in any guest room or cabin at any time. Failure to comply with policy will result in a $100 fee and/or removal from the property. 
2. Furniture Etiquette: We kindly ask that pets refrain from using hotel furniture without proper coverings, such as blanket or towels, which we are happy to provide for you. Guests found violating this policy will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $75.00.
3. Cleanup Responsibly: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste disposal stations are conveniently located throughout the resort for your convenience. If you need further assistance in getting an area cleaned up after your pet, our crew is onsite from 9am to 6pmdaily, outside of those hours you can call us at (541) 614-0279. If it has beenfound a pet has been answering the call of nature indoors, and no attempt was made to clean it up, an additional cleaning fee of $75 dollars will be charged. 
4. Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by their pets to items in the room. Fees for damages are as follows:
     Comforter:$75.00      Linens: $50.00      Pillows:$50.00      Area Rug: $150.00       Additional charges apply for any damage to the furniture or any part of the hotel structure. 
5. Leash Policy: For the safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while in public areas of the resort. Guests who allow their pets to roam off leash will be charged a fee of $50.00

 

RESERVATIONS

Every guest reservation is important to us, and we work hard to prepare for your arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without penalty.

 

Rates are subject to change without notice during high demand periods.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation and check in at the Anchor Inn Resort. Valid photo ID is required at check-in.

PAYMENTS
We require payment in full prior to check-in. On the day of your arrival, our staff will process payment for your stay using the card on file. If there is no card on file, we will contact you via email, phone or text so that you can provide us with card information.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Every guest reservation is important to us, and we work hard to prepare for your arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without penalty. If you booked through booking sites other than our website ie....Expedia or Booking.com to cancel you must cancel 

 

Due to resort operations, Early Departures or Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be responsible for payment in full of all costs associated with the first night's stay on the the original reservation.

PARKING

Guest parking is located on the south side of the Inn. Cabin 1 and Cabin 2 parking are located in front of the front gate- north of the parking lot.

ADA ACCESSIBILTY
This property was built in the 1940's and NONE of our guest rooms are ADA compliant. We do have an ADA public restroom located in the lobby.
