Housekeeping Lead

Part room whisperer, part guest support, 100% hospitality hero.

At Anchor Inn Resort—a charming, 25-room, family-owned boutique hotel in Lincoln City—we believe in thoughtful details, warm service, and cozy coastal vibes. We’re looking for a Housekeeping Lead who’s not afraid to get their hands (a little) dirty, lead by example, and occasionally help out at the front desk.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who’s organized, dependable, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests—while also being ready to answer questions, take reservations, and troubleshoot a digital check-in or two.

What You'll Be Doing:

Clean and refresh guest rooms to our high standards
Inspect rooms and make sure everything is guest-ready
Assign tasks to other housekeepers and help manage the daily schedule
Answer calls and assist with guest questions, reservations, or needs
Support front desk operations, including the occasional in-person check-in
Effectively communicate with our General Manager and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly

You’re a great fit if you:

Are reliable, detail-oriented, and love a freshly made bed
Can balance cleaning duties with occasional guest service tasks
Enjoy working with a small, tight-knit team
Are comfortable following direction and also working independently
Have a good sense of humor and a better sense of responsibility
Don’t mind stairs, and can lift, push, and pull 25–30 lbs without complaint
Flexible scheduling (but must be available on Wednesdays & Thursdays). Typical shifts are 11 AM–4 PM, with longer hours on key days
Training provided—experience is a bonus, but not required
Are OK to work around pets, pet hair, and pet dander.
